Step five is yours: you approve the design and the specifications before anything goes on a machine. Nothing gets printed on a guess.

No. If you do not have artwork ready, our design team can create it or prepare what you have. If you already have files, send them and we will check they are suitable for the process that will print them.
You do not have to know. We look at the product, material, quantity, intended use, the finish you want and your budget, then recommend a method. That advice does not cost anything.
It depends on the product, quantity, artwork and finishing. Small digital jobs are often two to three working days; garments and signage take longer. We give you an expected completion date when we confirm the order.
Often, depending on the product, quantity and what is already on the floor. Tell us your deadline when you first enquire rather than after you order, and we will say honestly whether we can meet it.

Yes. Tell us the figure you have. Where there are several ways to reach the same result we explain the alternatives and what you give up with each, so the choice stays yours.
Where it is appropriate, particularly on customised or larger orders, we provide a proof or sample for you to confirm before we go to production.
Yes. Delivery is arranged based on the order and location, and collection from our Sheikh Karume Road office can be arranged instead.
Payment arrangements are confirmed at quotation and order stage. Larger or customised orders normally carry an agreed deposit or payment schedule.
Not usually. The right option depends on what the item is for, how long it must last and how it needs to look. We will tell you when spending less is sensible, and when it will cost you more later.
